Join us on March 20 from 6:30–7:30 PM as the sun sets during golden hour. You’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and mark the arrival of the spring equinox in a peaceful oceanfront setting.
This restorative sound bath offers space to pause and acknowledge the seasonal shift. Guided by sound healer Pauline Sweeney, the session uses gentle, resonant tones to support relaxation, calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite clarity and intention.
The spring equinox represents balance and new beginnings. Together, we’ll take this opportunity to reset, realign, and step into the longer, brighter days ahead.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything you need to be comfortable as you settle in and let the sound and golden hour light carry you into renewal.
