You must complete the application and submit all necessary documentation. Please read through the application and make sure that the family you are nominating will be able to meet all the eligibility requirements and can provide the necessary documentation if they are chosen as a finalist. Our Epic Project cannot process an incomplete application.

I understand that the information provided in this application may be subject to random audits and verification and that, during such audits and verification processes, I may be asked for additional supporting documentation and will comply with such requests.

Nominee is available and can accept the award during the designated week of either August 15-22 or 22-29 in Corolla, NC or September 12-19, in Hatteras, NC.

The nomination and awarding process is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Nominations open to residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees of the Our Epic Project and Outer Banks Boil Company and other companies, agencies, organizations associated with the promotion of Our Epic Project, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
