About the event
Join us for a rejuvenating walk through the Maritime Forest after attending (or not) the Adult Mental Health First Aid Class that morning. The trail begins behind the Pine Island Fitness Club and is an in and out trail along the Currituck Sound. The total distance is 5 miles. Arrive solo or with your bestie (including dogs on leash) and you will leave with a network of new friends who enjoy the outdoors.
