About the event
There will be an approximate 3.5 mile hike through maritime forest to get to our destination. The lodge accommodates 11 people and has 3 queen beds, 3 full and 2 twin. You will need to pack in your own bed linens or a sleeping bag and towel as well as clothes and toiletries. It has a fully equipped large kitchen so we will share cooking and clean up responsibilities. The cost of the weekend will be $72 per person plus shared costs for food and drink. The water is pure and drinkable from the tap.
There are beautiful hiking trails north of the lodge as well as undisturbed beach for walking and shelling. There will also be a talk about the area by one of the rangers.
